On November 4, 2025, FERC issued an order approving an offer of settlement (Settlement) filed by Adelphia Gateway, LLC (Adelphia) on August 25, 2025, and certified to the Commission as uncontested on October 1, 2025 (Adelphia Gateway, LLC, 193 FERC ¶ 63,002 (2025)).
